A Hampton University alumna, her career began on Seventh Avenue with John Kaldor New York — an early grounding in design, craft, and the relationship between form and function that continues to shape her approach to organizational culture and leadership.
She went on to serve as Global Head of Compliance, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement at Arrow Electronics (Fortune 150), directing strategy for over 12,000 employees globally with a $2.5M programming budget.
